Recruiting and Screening
AD-TEK has employed inhouse resume retrieval systems for over ten years, updating its systems as technology advances. Whenever a resume is received by AD-TEK, it is entered into a computer library in its entirety. When a requirement comes in, our representative keys into the system the type of professional required, the job locale, and all of the keywords provided by the client's job description for the requirement. The system then lists all of the qualified individuals on the screen for review by AD-TEK'S resource representatives. Discussions are conducted with a selected number of those qualified to confirm capability and availability. This system not only saves AD-TEK much recruiting time, resulting in cost savings to you, but it optimizes AD-TEK'S ability to provide you with the most qualified professionals.
Security
AD-TEK will provide a Security Clearance to an employee whenever requested to do so. AD-TEK management is fully cognizant in the responsibilities of industrial security and is constantly updating its knowledge in this area. AD-TEK will also require its employees to sign a customer proprietary or patent agreement whenever necessary.
